FranklinCovey (Malta) Ltd (FranklinCovey (Malta)) was established in 2010 to acquire the FranklinCovey franchise for the Maltese Islands. FranklinCovey (Malta) underwent the necessary due diligence and the franchise was granted in the final quarter of the year.

FranklinCovey (Malta) aims to provide a full consultancy service to its clients, advising them in the areas of personal effectiveness, leadership, time management and business skills. Training is only part of the solution that is offered as our clients re-engineer their organisations to gear up for greatness, embracing universal values and focus on the legacy they will leave behind.

A partnership between Malcolm J. Naudi and Jimmy Naudi, FranklinCovey (Malta)’s programmes are delivered with FranklinCovey-sourced material from the United States by FranklinCovey Co. accredited trainers, who can also be sourced from anywhere around the world.

The Franklin Institute was founded in 1984 to offer training and consulting services. The first Franklin Day Planner was also printed in that year. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People was published in 1987 by Stephen R. Covey, and the Covey Leadership Centre was founded. International offices were established separately by the Franklin Institute and the Covey Leadership Centre.
The Franklin Institute changed its name in 1992 to Franklin Quest, filed for an initial public offering, and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Franklin Quest and Covey Leadership Centre merged in 1997, creating FranklinCovey Company. By 2002 FranklinCovey had entered its 100th country, making it the world’s foremost global training and consulting firm.
FranklinCovey launched its Focus and Execution solution in 2003, including its xQ (Execution Quotient) assessment and The 4 Disciplines of Execution. The 8th Habit: From Effectiveness to Greatness by Stephen R. Covey was published in 2004. Global expansion continued and by the following year FranklinCovey expanded globally, opened its 11th office in India and its fourth office in China.
In 2007 The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People reached 275 weeks on The New York Times bestseller list. The book has been translated into 36 languages and was voted the most influential business book of the 20th century. FranklinCovey launched its Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results solution in 2007. More than 5 million people throughout the world use the FranklinCovey Planning System, either paper or electronic.

Typically, when organisations look for help to implement strategy or improvements, they hire management-consulting firms or look to traditional training solutions.
